Lend Me is your way to go from now on!
We will remind the person instead of you to give back your item when the time has come.
Once you tell us your borrower's email, we will send an invitation, so both of you can keep in touch with the app.
By having the app installed you will receive notifications to your phone, 3 days before and the day you are supposed to retrieve the item. Flipping sides, notifications to return the item too.
Emails will also be sent as reminders 3 days before and the day to retrieve your lent item.
To lend an item with the app, you need to tell us four things from it.
You can take a photo of the item or pick one from your phone's photos. This is optional.
This is the name with which you can identify the item.
For example: Scissors, $300, etc.
This email allows us to spot the borrower from the item.
This is why you need to enter a valid email.
The date you expect to get the item back to you.
It could also be today.
Have a look at what you have lent to people and be reminded of what items are due.
See who you lent what in a glance.
Be conscious of what is due and what is not.
Sometimes you are lender, sometimes you are borrower. Keep track of both.
Take a look at what you borrowed from who and remember to check on the status.
As a lender you have the capacity to regulate what you lend, not as a borrower.
The dashboard tells you the important things, whats next to be retrieved and whats next to be returned, and if any of them are due.
